Our Unique Refund Policy
The strength of our relationship with you is reflected in our unique refund policy. When we agree your treatment plan with you, we are both committed to it and embark on a journey together in a spirit of trust and collaboration.
We believe in the expert advice we give, and together with you, make a sincere and heart-felt commitment to the success of your treatment. To demonstrate this we have developed a refund policy which means we jointly share the risk in this journey, which we acknowledge is not easy and carries no guarantees.
For example, if we are unable to retrieve any eggs, we refund the whole of your treatment fee; if we believe it is unwise for your own health to transfer fresh embryos at the end of your treatment cycle, we will freeze all embryos and discount by half the fee for a subsequent frozen embryo transfer; if none of your frozen embryos successfully thaw and there are none to replace, we refund 50% of the FET (Frozen Embryo Transfer) fee.
