Queen Elizabeth HospitalThe Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Trust is centred on a 514-bed district general hospital providing services to West Norfolk, Breckland, north-east Cambridgeshire and south-east Lincolnshire. The main hospital is located on a 47-acre site two miles from the centre of King’s Lynn and serves a population in excess of 250,000.

Mr Hamed Al-TaherMr Hamed Al-Taher, Consultant Obsterician and Gynaecologist, is the clinical lead for sub fertility services at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

A Transport IVF and Transport ICSI programme is established between the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Fertility Department and Bourn Hall Clinic near Cambridge. The first part of the treatment programme, up to and including the egg collection, can be carried out at the hospital and the embryo transfer performed at Bourn Hall Clinic. You can choose which parts of your treatment are provided by the hospital and which you wish to have carried out at Bourn Hall. The Consultants and nursing staff at the hospital will be able to explain the programme and your options to you.
