- » From A1 Northbound/Southbound
- At St. Neots/Eaton Socon exist take the A428 towards Cambridge. Exit the A428 at Cambourne. At the roundabout take the second exit to Bourn. After approximately 1 mile turn right, signposted to Bourn. In Bourn turn right opposite the Willow Tree public house, signposted Bourn Hall Clinic.

- From junction 21 of A14 join A1 going South and follow directions from A1 as above.
- » From A14 Westbound
- From A14 follow signs for A428 to St. Neots / Bedford. After approximately 3 miles on the A428 exit at Hardwick/Toft. At roundabout take the second exit to Caldecote. At the next roundabout take the third exit. Continue for about a mile then turn left, signposted Bourn. In Bourn turn right opposite the Willow Tree public house, signposted Bourn Hall Clinic.
- » From M11 Northbound / Stansted Airport
- Exit the M11 northbound at junction 13 signposted A1303/A428. Follow signs for A428 to St. Neots / Bedford. When on A428 exit at Hardwick/Toft. At roundabout take the second exit to Caldecote. At the next roundabout take the third exit. Continue for about a mile then turn left, signposted Bourn. In Bourn, turn right opposite the Willow Tree public house, signposted Bourn Hall Clinic.

- The nearest airport to Bourn Hall is Stansted which is 35 minutes away by taxi or there is a direct train line from the airport to Cambridge. Accommodation can be arranged locally from a range of hotels and guest houses.
There is no longer direct access from the A428 to the turning to the village of Bourn. If you are approaching on the A428 from the East, turn off the A428 at the junction signposted Hardwick / Toft / Caldecote / Dry Drayton. If approaching from the West, turn off the A428 at Cambourne.
