Our clinics have obtained BS EN ISO 9001:2008 certifications, endorsing our commitment to quality patient care and continuous improvement. Our staff regularly monitor our own performance, and benchmark our achievements against other clinics in the UK. Staff training and competence is at the heart of our quality system. In 2003 Bourn Hall Clinic achieved the Investors In People Award, in recognition of our commitment to staff development and first class management practices. Bourn Hall Clinic is inspected by both the Human Embryology and Fertilisation Authority (HFEA) and The Care Quality Commission (CQC). The successful outcomes of these inspections gives our patients the reassurance of knowing that the care they receive is independently monitored and assured by these regulatory bodies.
